Car repair shop software that gets the quote out in five minutes
No card · No trial clock · Export everything · Cancel anytime
You diagnose the problem in five minutes. Then it takes twenty more to write up a quote — and by the time you've sent it, the customer has already called the garage down the road, and told two friends why.
ERPFlow gives independent car and tyre shops one system: bookings, a quote on the spot, an invoice in one click — with every quote, invoice and note already on the right client's record.
WHAT'S INSIDE
Four things that keep the workshop moving.
Booking
Jobs in one schedule
Quotes
Parts and labour itemised
Invoices
From the quote in one click
Customers
History and rating on the record
THE PROBLEM
“Can you just send me a price?” — and the job goes to whoever answers first.
There's no marketing budget that beats a customer telling their neighbour “these guys sorted me out in ten minutes.” And there's no marketing budget that saves you from one who tells the same neighbour “they kept me waiting and had no idea what they'd done last time.” If you run a car repair, tyre or general service shop, this is usually what sits behind that:
- 01Bookings come in by phone, WhatsApp, or whoever walks through the door — and none of it lives in one calendar
- 02Quotes get scribbled on paper or typed into a separate app, then re-typed into an invoice later
- 03A returning customer asks “didn't you replace this six months ago?” and the answer is in a paper folder, an old invoice, or nobody's memory
- 04Who promised what, and at what price, stays with whoever happened to pick up the phone
- 05Unpaid invoices come to mind only when somebody happens to look
- None of this happens because the work is done badly.
The work is fine. What isn't fine is everything around the work.
The business runs on paper, memory, and whichever app happened to be open when the phone rang — and customers can feel it. A slow quote reads as “doesn't know what they're doing.” A forgotten history reads as “they don't really know me.” Neither one gets repeated to a friend in a good way.
In a trade built almost entirely on word of mouth, every one of those small moments is doing marketing for you — good or bad, whether you're paying attention or not.
THE FIX
One system, from the first phone call to the paid invoice.
So you're fast, you remember everything, and the story your customers tell is the one you want spreading.
01 · SCHEDULE
Book the job, not just the slot.
Set up your mechanics and how long each type of job actually takes — oil change, tyre swap, brake job, diagnostics. Bookings and walk-ins land in the same schedule, so nobody gets double-booked and nobody is kept waiting for no reason.
02 · QUOTE
Quote in one click, straight from what you found.
Turn what the mechanic found into a quote on the spot — parts on their own lines, labour on its own, prices against both. A fast, clear quote doesn't just win that one job. It's the first thing that makes a customer trust you enough to come back.
03 · INVOICE
Invoice in one click, straight from the quote.
Once the job's done and approved, the quote becomes an invoice — same parts, same labour, nothing retyped. No confusion at the counter, and no “that's not what we agreed” conversation.
04 · HISTORY
Every quote, invoice and note stays on the client's record.
Open the record and you know it's their third brake job this year, and that the belt you flagged in March still hasn't been done. If the person booking is already a client, the job attaches to their record straight away; someone new arrives as a contact you can turn into a client in one click.
05 · RATING
Rate your clients, not just your work.
Every client can carry up to five stars, based on what actually matters to you — pays on time, easy to reach, straightforward to deal with, or the opposite. A quick glance before you book someone in tells you who's low-risk and who to ask for payment upfront. The same instinct an experienced front-desk person builds up over years — except on the record, not locked in one person's memory, and every mechanic quoting or booking sees it too.
06 · THE MONEY
And you can see who actually pays.
Invoices show what's paid and what's gone past due, without anyone having to track it separately. Your dashboard ranks clients by what has been invoiced, so your best-paying customers are always visible.

WHAT THIS BUYS YOU
Faster quotes, better memory, fewer arguments.
- Fewer customers lost to a competitor who quoted faster
- Fewer awkward “we've told you this before” conversations
- Fewer disputes at the counter over what was agreed
- More returning customers who don't shop around, because they already trust you
- Fewer bad surprises with repeat problem clients, because their history and rating are right there before you book them in
COMMON QUESTIONS
What people ask before they start
Is the car repair shop software free?
You can start for free. ERPFlow has a Free plan, not a trial — no card, no expiry date. It covers one user, ten clients, and ten quotes and five invoices a month; a shop with more cars going through it needs a bigger plan.
Can a quote carry both parts and labour?
Yes. One quote has separate lines for parts and for the work done, each with its own price and quantity. The customer sees what they're paying for, and you don't have to assemble two documents.
How much work is turning a quote into an invoice?
One click. An approved quote becomes an invoice with the same lines — same parts, same labour, same prices. Nothing is retyped, and nothing gets lost in the retyping.
Can I see what was done to this car before?
Yes, from the client's record. Their past bookings, quotes, invoices, documents and notes sit in one place, so you can see straight away what was done and what was left undone.
Can I rate my clients?
Yes, up to five stars on each client's record. You set the rating yourself, and everyone who quotes or books in your shop can see it — so the knowledge isn't stuck in one person's head.
Can I raise an invoice straight from a booking?
Not directly from a booking today. The invoice comes from a quote — you quote the work that was done and turn that quote into the invoice. The booking itself stays on the client's record as history.
Can I see how much each customer has spent?
Yes. The client's record holds their invoices and amounts together, and the dashboard ranks clients by invoiced revenue, counting sent and paid invoices. So your best-paying customers are visible without adding anything up by hand.
What languages does ERPFlow come in?
Estonian, Russian and English, among others, and each user picks their own.
